1. Cancellations
– Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of purchase if they have not been processed.
– To cancel an order, email us at vishal.goyal@comdez.com with your order details.
2. Refunds
– Refunds are only issued for defective or damaged products.
– Customers must report defects within 48 hours of receiving the product with supporting images.
– Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days to the original payment method.
3. Non-Refundable Items
– Digital products, downloadable content, and customized artwork are non-refundable.
